1. Acceptance of Terms

By using EyeconBumps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all users, including free, trial, and paid subscribers, as well as any individual accessing the AdBot or related services.

2. Use of Services

EyeconBumps provides an automated advertising forwarding service through Telegram. To ensure lawful and effective operation, users must adhere to the following conditions.

3. Eligibility

You must comply with Telegram’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Users restricted or banned by Telegram are not eligible to use EyeconBumps.

4. Service Scope

EyeconBumps only forwards messages provided by the user. The platform does not create, modify, or validate advertising content.

5. Prohibited Use

   
   

• You agree not to misuse the service

• Violating Telegram’s advertising or community policies

• Spamming, flooding, or overloading marketplaces

• Repeatedly logging in and out to bypass limits

• Using the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activities

  
  

6. Free Alt Policy

One free alternative account (alt) is included only with monthly AdBot plans, provided the user does not already own an alt account.

This is a one-time inclusion per user, not a discount, upgrade, or recurring benefit.

EyeconBumps reserves the right to deny this benefit if misuse or misrepresentation is detected.

7. User Responsibility

EyeconBumps functions solely as a forwarding tool.

Any bans, mutes, deletions, restrictions, or penalties imposed on a Telegram account are entirely the user’s responsibility.

Users must continuously comply with Telegram rules and all applicable advertising guidelines.

EyeconBumps assumes no liability for user actions or their consequences.

8. Refund Policy

All subscriptions are final and non-refundable once activated.

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Subscriptions are non-transferable.

9. Suspension & Re-Hosting Policy

If an AdBot suspension occurs due to user-related actions—including but not limited to repeated logouts, excessive posting, or misuse—re-hosting will be permitted a maximum of three (3) times per user.

After this limit is reached, EyeconBumps is under no obligation to restore or replace the service.

10. Account Monitoring & Restrictions

Users are required to maintain regular oversight of their Telegram account.

If any restriction, warning, or unusual behavior appears, the AdBot must be paused immediately, and support should be contacted without delay.

Failure to act responsibly may result in permanent service denial.

11. Setup Duration

Initial AdBot setup is typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes, depending on network conditions and current queue volume.

Delays caused by external platforms or user-side issues do not constitute a service failure.

12. Disclaimers
No Warranty

EyeconBumps is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Continuous availability, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Platform Dependency

EyeconBumps relies on Telegram infrastructure. Any changes, restrictions, or outages imposed by Telegram are outside EyeconBumps's control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EyeconBumps, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of accounts, revenue, data, or reputation arising from the use or inability to use the service.

14. Changes to Terms

EyeconBumps reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

EyeconBumps is built on transparency, performance, and long-term reliability. Users who act with discipline and awareness maintain success.
